Snickerdoodles

I Found and tried a new recipe today!

I am all about "easy", "semi-homemade" type recipes!

This one is for ...

Snickerdoodles

Ingredients:

3 Tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 box Yellow Butter Cake Mix
2 Eggs
1/4 Cup oil

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2. Grease cookie sheet.

3. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl - set aside.

4. Combine cake mix, eggs and oil in large bowl.

5. Stir until well blended.

6. Shape dough into 1-inch balls.

7. Roll in sugar/cinnamon mixture.

8. Place balls, 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet.

9. Bake for 8 to 9 minutes or until slightly golden (don't cook too long - they will be crunchy)

10. Cool one minute on cookie sheet and place on wire rack to cool completely.

Yields about 3 dozen cookies.

Comments: I really liked this recipe ... the taste was very good and I liked the fact that it was an easy prep, super fast recipe with a "made from scratch" taste!

Rating: On a scale of 1-5, I would give this recipe a 3.5
